Front Office Specialist

Job description
Join our team as a Front Office Specialist and contribute to delivering high-quality banking services by identifying client needs and promoting the bank’s products and services in a professional and friendly manner.

Main responsibilities:

  • You serve clients efficiently regarding the opening, closing, and management of banking services.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the characteristics of all banking services we offer.
  • You identify client needs and provide information, consultancy, and professional services to all current and potential clients.
  • You actively promote the services offered by the bank.
  • You know and comply with the bank’s internal procedures.

Requirements:

  • You have completed higher education.
  • Experience in the field is not mandatory but is considered an advantage.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You have team spirit and a proactive approach at work.
  • You are an open, positive, and tolerant person.
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and punctuality.
  • You know how to manage and efficiently resolve conflict situations.
  • You know Romanian and Russian languages.
