Manage your card quickly and securely – learn how you can block or unblock a card online, in just a few simple steps, directly from Mobile Banking or Internet Banking, without needing to visit the bank.

💳📱 Blocking and unblocking your card via Mobile Banking (available 24/7)

🔒  Card blocking
  • Open the Mobile Banking app.
  • Go to the Cards section.
  • Select the desired card.
  • Tap Block card.
  • Your card will be blocked instantly.
🔓  Card unblocking
  • Open the Mobile Banking app.
  • Go to the Cards section.
  • Select the card you blocked earlier.
  • Tap Unblock card (or Activate card).
  • Your card will be unblocked instantly.

Note: Unblocking is only possible if you temporarily blocked the card through the app.

💳💻 Blocarea și deblocarea cardului prin ProBanking (disponibil 24/7)

 🔒  Blocare card
  • Accesează ProBanking.
  • Navighează la: Meniu → Conturi → Detalii Conturi → Detalii Card.
  • Apasă pe lacătul roșu de lângă cardul dorit.
  • Alege tipul de blocare: Temporar sau Permanent.
  • Apasă butonul Blocare Card.
 🔓  Deblocare card
  • Accesează ProBanking.
  • Navighează la: Meniu → Conturi → Detalii Conturi → Detalii Card.
  • Apasă pe lacătul alb de lângă cardul blocat.
  • Introdu parola și codul SMS primit.
  • Apasă Deblochează Card pentru finalizare.

Notă: Poți debloca doar cardurile blocate temporar de tine. Cardurile blocate permanent sau de bancă necesită contactarea băncii.

When you CANNOT unblock your card yourself – call the Contact Center immediately!

  • Incorrect PIN entered 3 times → card automatically blocked
  • Suspicious transactions detected → security block by the bank
  • Block previously requested by you via call center or branch → unblocking can only be done by an operator

  • Avoid messages from suspicious sources that prompt you to access eba.procreditbank.md or procreditbank.md. These may contain unusual offers, prizes, or urgent requests to update your personal data.
  • For safety, access the official page www.procreditbank.md only from emails sent directly by ProCredit Bank Moldova. The bank NEVER sends links via SMS!
  • The ProCredit Bank Moldova mobile app can be downloaded free of charge only from Google Play (for Android) or App Store (for iOS).
