Join our team as a Product Owner Retail Lending, a role in which you will be responsible for developing retail products and improving the clients’ digital experience.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Development of lending products and services for individuals, including digital ones
• Optimization of operational and digital processes
• Market analysis, client behavior analysis, and fintech trend analysis to identify new opportunities
• Analysis, reporting, and performance of results

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of lending products for individuals and the lending cycle
• Understanding of digital concepts: automated scoring, digital onboarding, API, UX/UI, workflow automation.
• Ability to work with data (analysis, KPIs, segmentation).
• Client-oriented and digital-first mindset.
• Experience in Product Ownership will be an advantage.
