ProCredit Bank announces the launch of the “ProCredit GO Export” programme, a comprehensive export capacity-building initiative designed for exporters and future exporters — existing or potential clients of the bank. The programme is organised in partnership with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), with the support of the European Union, and implemented by Gateway & Partners.

This initiative represents a continuation of the partnership between ProCredit Bank and the EBRD, which began in 2025 with the signing of a financing agreement under the SME Competitiveness and Inclusion (SMECI) programme.

Held over two days—17 and 24 July—the programme offers practical training in export and international competitiveness. The initiative is part of a broader effort to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), with a focus on those in the agri-food sector, in strengthening their position on foreign markets, particularly the European Union market.

The training will cover key topics for export development, including:
•    assessing export readiness;
•    identifying and selecting target markets;
•    legal requirements and EU standards;
•    identifying business partners and B2B communication;
•    positioning on international markets and export promotion;
•    developing a practical export strategy and action plan.

In addition to the training sessions, 6 participating companies will be selected to receive specialised individual consultancy focused on developing a comprehensive export strategy and identifying international partners. The selection process will be based on eligibility criteria and export potential and will be carried out in coordination with ProCredit Bank and the EBRD.

The programme aims to support SMEs in the Republic of Moldova in overcoming structural challenges and strengthening their international competitiveness by providing applied support and practical tools for planning and implementing export activities.

Through this initiative, ProCredit Bank and the EBRD aim to facilitate SMEs’ access to tailored non-financial services designed to contribute to sustainable development and improved performance on foreign markets.

Interested entrepreneurs are invited to register by completing the participation form available HERE.  They will subsequently be contacted to confirm their participation, subject to the availability of places.

ProCredit Bank remains an active partner of the business community, supporting initiatives that contribute to increased competitiveness and the integration of local companies into international value chains.
