Join our team as a Business Client Consultant, where you will have the opportunity to work directly with entrepreneurs and companies, providing them with financial solutions tailored to their growth objectives.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Building strong relationships with business clients, understanding their needs, and providing consultancy and personalized financial solutions;
• Actively promoting banking products and services dedicated to business clients;
• Organizing meetings with new clients to establish new business relationships;
• Performing financial analysis to determine clients’ repayment capacity;
• Knowing the characteristics of the banking services offered by the bank to its clients;
• Efficiently managing and developing the business client portfolio, ensuring alignment of their objectives with the banking services offered;
• Performing duties qualitatively and on time, in accordance with monthly, quarterly, and annual plans and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in the field is not mandatory;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Teamwork skills;
• Open, positive, and tolerant personality;
• Proactive approach at work;
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and punctuality;
• Conflict resolution skills;
• Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages; English is an advantage.
