Main responsibilities:

• You actively contribute to achieving the objectives set in the Bank’s Business Plan.
• You promote banking services during meetings with employees of organizations and companies.
• You promote services for individuals to founders and administrators of legal entities.
• You have an in-depth understanding of all banking services offered by the Bank and actively promote them.
• You maintain constant communication with clients, based on strong partnership relationships.
• You monitor clients' compliance with all contractual provisions.

Requirements:

• You have completed higher education.
• Experience in the field is not mandatory but is considered an advantage.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• You have team spirit and a proactive approach at work.
• You are an open, positive, tolerant, and punctual person.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and conflict resolution skills.
• You know Romanian and Russian languages.
• Previous experience in responsible consumer lending is a plus.
