Main responsibilities:

• You develop strong relationships with business clients, understand their needs, and provide them with consultancy and personalized financial solutions.
• You efficiently manage and develop the business client portfolio, ensuring that their financial goals are aligned with our banking services.
• You perform your duties qualitatively and on time, in accordance with plans and deadlines set on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Requirements:

• You have higher education, preferably in the economic field.
• Experience in the field is not mandatory, but it is an advantage.
• You have very good communication and negotiation skills.
• You have critical thinking and teamwork skills.
• You are an open, positive, and tolerant person.
• You have a proactive approach at work, a strong sense of responsibility, and you are punctual.
• You know how to manage and efficiently resolve conflict situations.
• You know Romanian, Russian, and English languages.
