Please be cautious: unknown individuals may claim to represent the bank or other institutions and may attempt to obtain these codes.

ProCredit Bank will never ask you for:
- confirmation codes (OTP) received via SMS;
- your card PIN;
- your access passwords;
- any other confidential information related to your accounts.

Do not disclose this information to anyone, under any circumstances!

If you receive suspicious calls or messages, we recommend that you end the conversation and contact the bank through official channels: 0800 000 10 (national calls) or +373 22 270 707 (international calls), Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 (except public holidays), or call 112.

Stay vigilant and help your loved ones stay safe by informing them about these risks.
