Join our team as an SME Client Relationship Manager, where you will directly contribute to the development of the business client portfolio and provide personalized financial solutions tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Developing and managing relationships with SME clients by understanding their business needs;
• Actively promoting banking products and services dedicated to the SME segment;
• Identifying and attracting new clients by organizing meetings and financial consultancy discussions;
• Performing financial analysis of companies to assess repayment capacity and credit risks;
• Having an in-depth knowledge of banking products and services to provide relevant recommendations to each client;
• Efficiently managing the client portfolio, ensuring the achievement of their financial objectives;
• Complying with quality standards and deadlines set at monthly, quarterly, and annual levels.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education;
• Experience in the field is an advantage but not mandatory;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• Team spirit and a positive attitude;
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and punctuality;
• Ability to manage conflict situations with tact and professionalism;
• Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages; English is an advantage.
