Your day-to-day activities:

• Analysis of data, processes, and product performance to identify optimization opportunities;
• Improvement of operational flows and implementation of efficient solutions;
• Development of competitive products by understanding client needs and microfinance trends;
• Efficient coordination with internal teams and external partners to achieve established objectives.

Requirements:

• Analytical thinking and process-oriented mindset;
• Knowledge of the market and products within the microfinance segment;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Intermediate level of English (written and spoken);
• Relevant experience in microfinance or in the business banking segment.
