ADVANTAGEOUS FINANCING – EFFICIENCY IN BUSINESS
ProCredit Bank, in cooperation with international financial institutions and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, offers financing lines for lending to individual farmers, agricultural production enterprises, processing, trade, and service companies operating in rural areas. The financing lines are provided at favorable interest rates and include a grant component or tax incentives.
These projects are implemented by the Government of the Republic of Moldova through the Ministry of Finance and the P.I. Office for the Management of External Assistance Programs.
Financing opportunities
Rural Investment and Services Project (RISP)
Medium- and long-term financing for investments in the development of businesses in rural areas, including agriculture, aquaculture, tourism, and other related sectors, with the possibility to also access working capital.
International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD)
Medium- and long-term financing for the development of agricultural businesses, including production, processing, packaging, storage, agricultural equipment, reconstruction of production facilities, and orchard planting.
FACEM Impact Program
A support program for SMEs in Moldova, providing accessible financing dedicated to business growth, with a fixed interest rate and favorable conditions designed to support long-term sustainable investments and the creation of new jobs.
National Program for Youth Economic Empowerment
The National Program for Youth Economic Empowerment supports the entrepreneurial initiatives of young people in rural areas through grants intended for launching or expanding businesses in the production sector.
