 Olga Bulat – Chairperson of the Management Board

 

Olga Bulat graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova in 2010, joining the ProCredit Bank team later the same year.

Ms Bulat successfully completed the Young Bankers Programme and was given the post of Business Client Adviser in February 2011. This position helped her get a better understanding of small and medium businesses in the Republic of Moldova. Ms Bulat joined the management team of the ProCredit Regional Academy Eastern Europe in Veles, Macedonia, in February 2014. She continued her professional development as the Head of the Credit Risk Assessment team at ProCredit Holding AG & Co. KGaA in Frankfurt, Germany, in June 2015.
 
Ms Bulat is a graduate of the ProCredit Regional Academy in Veles, Macedonia (2013). She enrolled at the ProCredit Academy in Fürth, Germany, in 2015.

She took on the position of Chairperson of the Management Board of ProCredit Bank in March 2016

 

 

 

 

 

 

Irina Coroi – Jovmir - Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board

Irina Coroi–Jovmir graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova in 2008 and became an employee of ProCredit Bank the same year.

At the beginning of her career Ms Coroi–Jovmir worked as a Client Adviser and gained valuable experience in the field of small and medium business consulting. She was appointed to the position of Corporate Clients Adviser in 2010. The NBM approved Ms Coroi–Jovmir for the post of Deputy Manager of no. 1 Chisinau-Centru Branch in November 2012 and in August 2014 she became Deputy Manager of Balti Branch. She was promoted to Deputy Head of Corporate Clients Unit in 2015.

Ms Coroi–Jovmir began studying at the ProCredit Academy in Fürth, Germany, in 2014.

She became a member of the Management Board of ProCredit Bank in January 2016.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Elena Gorneţ – Member of the Management Board, Chief Accountant 

Ms Elena Gorneţ graduated from Moldova State University with a degree in economics in 1991, specialising in finance and lending.  Between1984 and 2002, Ms Gorneț was active in various financial institutions in the Republic of Moldova, namely Banca de Economii, Energbank, Moldova-Agroindbank. The various positions she held at these institutions included Senior Financial Officer, Senior Accountant, Head of Unit, and Deputy Chief Accountant.

In 2002, Ms Gorneţ brought her extensive experience in the field of finance and accounting to MEC Moldova (later Î.C.S. ”ProCredit” S.A.) as Senior Financial Officer. In April 2006, she was appointed to the position of Chief Accountant of the company.

Ms Gorneț has been an employee of ProCredit Bank since the day it opened – 15 October 2007. As Chief Accountant and Administrator of the bank, Ms Gorneț contributed to every stage of establishing the bank.

In 2011, Ms Gorneţ was awarded the Medal of Honour from the Association of Moldovan Banks to recognise her contribution to developing and promoting the banking system in the Republic of Moldova. In 2012, Ms Gorneţ received a diploma in international financial reporting from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

According to the decision of the Supervisory Board of the bank, Ms Gorneţ was appointed member of the Management Board of ProCredit Bank on 11 January 2017. The National Bank of Moldova confirmed her candidacy on 20 March 2017.
