Staff recruitment policy and procedure

The purpose of staff selection process is to find an appropriate candidate, possessing necessary knowledge and skills, and having personal features and values which are in compliance with corporate culture of the bank. We consider all the received applications very seriously and we expect you will show the same attitude and follow the above listed recommendations. CV’s which are mass mailed to different companies containing no data on candidate’s qualification and motivation, will not be considered .
Before the interview conducted by Human Resources Department, the candidates have to pass one-hour written mathematics and logic test, which represents an important initial stage of employment process for candidates having no previous work experience. This rule does not apply to applicants for managerial/executives positions. Also, the test is not the first step for specialists possessing a certain qualification.
