Security Guide for Blocking and Unblocking Cards Online

Dear customers, we inform you that blocking and unblocking your card can be done quickly through Mobile Banking or ProBanking by following simple steps below:

 

Mobile Banking – available 24/7

 

Block Card

 

In Mobile Banking app, go to Cards section > select the card you want to block > press the Block Card button. The card will be blocked instantly.

 

Unblock Card

 

In Mobile Banking app, go to Cards section > select the card you want to unblock > press the Unblock Card button. The card will be unblocked after authorizing the operation by entering the unique code received via SMS.

 

Internet Banking – available 24/7

 

Block Card

 

In ProBanking system, go to Menu > Accounts > Product summary > Card summary > Click on the red lock next to the desired card and choose the type of block: Temporary or Permanent > Press the Block Card button. The card will be blocked instantly.

 

Unblock Card

 

In ProBanking system, go to Menu > Accounts > Product summary > Card Details > Click on the white lock next to the desired card > Enter the password and the unique code received via SMS > Press the Unblock Card button to complete the process.

 

Important! The card cannot be unblocked independently in the following cases:

 

  • If you have entered the PIN incorrectly three times at an ATM, the card could be automatically blocked for security reasons and can only be unblocked by a Contact Center specialist.

 

  • If suspicious transactions have been made with your card, it can be automatically blocked for security reasons and can only be unblocked by a Contact Center specialist.

 

  • If the card has been blocked at the customer's request, it can only be unblocked by a Contact Center specialist.

Always access the ProBanking service online by entering manually the Bank's website: www.procreditbank.md  then click ProBanking button or enter: eba.procreditbank.md in your browser.

 

To facilitate access, you can save this page in the "Favorites" section of your browser.

 

Avoid messages from suspicious sources that contain different links: eba.procreditbank.md or www.procreditbank.md. These may include unusual offers, prizes, or urgent requests to update personal information.

 

To protect yourself, use information from reliable sources, such as the Bank’s official website, email and SMS messages sent directly by ProCredit Bank Moldova. The application can be downloaded for free in the App Store (for the iOS operating system) and on Google Play (for the Android operating system).
