ProCredit Bank measures regarding Covid-19

In order to safely continue our activity during COVID19 situation, it is important to be sure that we respect the measures coming from the Comission of Exceptional Situations, and that each of us takes preventive measures to reduce the risk of the new virus spreading.


Health and safety of our clients and employees is of the outmost priority for ProCredit Bank. Therefore, we recommend to avoid exposing yourself to any unnecessary risk and to respect the protection measures that are recommended by the authorities.


During this period, we recommend to use the digital channels offered by ProCredit Bank. We make sure that both ProBanking and Mobile Banking platforms are working under optimum conditions for your banking operations to be done fast and safe, from home.


However, if it is necessary to come to one of the ProCredit Bank service points, please make a prior appointment through our Contact Center on phone number 0800 000 10. At the same time, we kindly ask you to be aware of the following:


  • Each employee from the Service Point serves only one person at a time
  • Keep a minimum 1m distance from the next person
  • Use the hand sanitizer dispensers available at our Service Points


ProCredit Bank service points have a reduced working program, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 - 13:00, without break


Besides working hours, our 24/7 Zones are available non-stop for urgent transactions that cannot be done through digital channels.


ProCredit ATMs are working normally and are supplied periodically. However, for your own safety, we recommend to use your contactless card for POS payments and other digital channels for utilities payments.
