National Programme on Youth Economic Empowerment
The National Programme on Youth Economic Empowerment is a grant initiative designed for persons between the ages of 18 and 30, living in rural areas, who want to develop their entrepreneurial skills, to extend their business or launch an activity in the manufacturing sector. The programme is financed through the IFAD I and RISP I projects and includes a grant component of up to 40% of the loan amount.
