ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:

• You are a citizen of the Republic of Moldova and are at least 18 years old;
• You hold a valid ID card/identity document issued by the authorities of the Republic of Moldova;
• You have a stable internet connection and a compatible device (computer, tablet, smartphone);
• You do not use VPN or proxy services;
• You are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) and are not associated with a PEP;
  
  A Politically Exposed Person (PEP) is someone who holds or has held important public functions, such as ministers, parliamentarians, judges, or ambassadors in the last 12 months. Associates of a PEP include family members and close associates, according to art. 8¹, paragraph (4) of Law 308 of 22.12.2017.
• You are not subject to FATCA regulations;
  
  FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) is a US law that helps prevent tax evasion. You are subject to FATCA if: you are a US citizen or have tax obligations in the US.
• You are not a fiduciary administrator;
  
  Fiduciary administrator – a person who receives assets from another person (founder) and manages them in the founder's interest.
