Each Visa Platinum cardholder issued by ProCredit Bank, along with their family members*, is entitled to an optional travel health insurance program when traveling abroad. The insurance, provided in accordance with the Policy Terms, covers essential costs and ensures support in case of health emergencies.
*Family members: Individuals traveling abroad with the cardholder, including the spouse, children, dependents, stepchildren, or legally adopted children who are unmarried, living with the cardholder, or living elsewhere while pursuing full-time studies, and traveling with the cardholder, up to the age of 21 (or 24 for full-time students).

How to Request Optional Health Insurance for International Travel:
Submit your optional travel health insurance request, including family members (if desired), through one of the following channels:
The optional travel health insurance is valid for a cumulative 90 days within a 365-day calendar period across the European Union, CIS countries, Turkey, and Georgia. From the 91st day of travel, the insurance will no longer be valid.
IMPORTANT:
To qualify for optional travel health insurance, Visa Platinum cardholders issued by ProCredit Bank must make all travel-related payments exclusively with their Visa Platinum card. These include:
Purchasing flight/train/bus/ferry tickets for international travel
Paying for road tax (vignette)
Confirming bookings on platforms like Booking.com/Airbnb.com for stays abroad
Paying for tourist visas or consular fees
Renting cars abroad, among other expenses.
