We would like to inform you that starting from March, 25^th 2020 will be implemented the alternative channel for receiving the dynamic password for online card transactions, which require 3D secure service,  on e-mail address.

Therefore, you will be asked to introduce a 6-digit dynamic password received as mobile SMS or via e-mail address, which were registered before in the Bank’s system, during the operation of card payment for goods or services via online shops, which uses 3D Secure technology. It's worth noting that a new dynamic password is generated for each online card payment.

All you need is to have a mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS notifications or an e-mail address which is valid, both are registered in the bank's customer database.
