As 4 November 2016 will be a public holiday in the Russian Federation, the schedule for payment transactions in RUB on 3 and 4 November 2016 has been modified as follows:
• Payments in RUB ordered before 11:00 a.m. on 3 November will be carried out the same day
• Payments in RUB ordered after 11:00 a.m. on 3 November and at any time on 4 November 2016 will be carried out by the correspondent bank with a delay of at least one working day.
