ProCredit Bank, a development-oriented bank, confirms for the third time its place among the best 10 employers of the Republic of Moldova, according to a research realised by Axa Management Consulting.
The purpose of this research is to offer local companies a secure vector for development of human resources management practices. The aim of the study was to identify key aspects, determining employees’ job satisfaction, their preferences concerning professional activity, as well as to share successful practices. Out of 300 companies, initially invited to participate, only 37 companies from different domains and fields of activity agreed to participate.
