On May 14th, the new ProCredit Bank branch, located in Botanica sector, opened its doors for people living and visiting Chisinau. Officials, main partners and customers of the bank were present at the official branch opening.

“Our bank always focused on small and medium enterprises. The bank tries to meet namely their needs and requirements. For this purpose we make investments in fixed assets and technologies. But first of all we invest in our staff. – declared the Deputy Chairperson of the bank’s Management Board, Evgenia Gashikulina. – That is why you can be sure that you are attended by real professionals and experts at ProCredit Bank”.

According to Mrs Gashikulina, this approach allowed significant decentralization of the decision-making process, which has a positive impact on the operational efficiency and flexibility and ProCredit Bank customers will be able to assess it.

The branch reflects the bank’s image concept: modern equipment for maximum optimization of customer service and a stylish and practical design provide an example of a modern bank branch.

“The opening of the branch in the heart of Botanica sector is very important and I am sure that people living here will be able to receive the most professional services – this is proved by the bank’s policy, its influence and experience. The branch is located on the road from the airport to Chisinau centre and this means that it will become a mirror of local banking system for all visitors and guests”, - asserts the pretor of Botanica sector, Vladimir Guritenco.

The branch will provide services both to legal entities and private clients. The premises were divided in three functional areas: technical floor, one floor for customer service and one floor for advisors. At the branch entrance the bank built a large 24 hours self-service area, where the client can perform a transaction or replenish his/her account at any time.

“We are located in Chisinau, but we provide services to customers from Orhei to Stefan Voda. The majority or our customers are entrepreneurs, who want to develop the economy of our country. That is why our objectives for the next future are: providing support, assistance and financing to customers from real sectors of the national economy, establishment of long-term relationships with them, supporting and increasing the quality of customer service, improvement of business process efficiency, and increasing customer database. We intend to achieve all the objectives, so that our customers were more satisfied with ProCredit Bank”, - mentioned the manager of the Branch no. 2, Borislav Bodnariuc.

He added that the branch already has something to be proud of. Currently it provides services to 1800 customers and its total loan portfolio amounts to MDL 480 million. The consolidated customer funds portfolio of legal entities and private clients reaches MDL 190 million. About 30% of customers operate in the services sector, 16% are from agricultural sector, 11% operate in production sector and 40% represent the commercial sector.
