In time for the New Year, ProCredit Bank is expanding its network with a new agency in the Botanica district, Chisinau. We will thus be able to provide our clients with high-quality banking services, which are based on principles of transparency and reliability. The doors of ProCredit Bank’s new agency – Agency No. 8 of Branch No. 2 Chisinau-Centru – open onto a comfortable office, conveniently situated on Dacia 5/4, one of the city’s main boulevards.

When designing the office, special attention was paid to ensuring a high degree of functionality and client comfort. The new agency will offer “one-stop banking”: customers can perform all transactions quickly at a single desk, served by one of our expert client advisers. This concept, which is applied throughout the ProCredit group, aims to enable open and direct communication with our customers, allowing them to access fair and convenient banking services.
 

Our competent and friendly staff are ready to answer all questions and provide high-quality customer service and solutions for our private and business clients. Customers are welcome to visit our new agency six days a week, from 09.00 until 18.00 from Monday to Friday, and from 10.00 until 14.00 on Saturdays. Residents of Botanica district and from across the whole city can thus perform all of their banking needs at the new agency, including: open a savings account or a deposit account, foreign currency exchange, domestic and international transfers, etc.
