We inform you that, to ensure complience with the current legislation, from May 15, 2024, the following functionalities will be modified:

- the validity term of the cash deposit code will be a maximum of 2 (two) hours.

We remind you that the issuance of the cash deposit code can only be carried out for persons identified by the Bank. The code can be requested from the bank's employees in the agencies or by calling the Contact Center, based on the confirmation documents specific to each type of operation. By means of the deposit code, you have the possibility to deposit cash within the limit of the amount for which it was issued and only at ProCredit Bank ATMs, located within the agencies.

We encourage you to continue to use the services of cash deposit, via the bank card, in all the Bank's 24/7 Self-Service Zones.
