With this training programme, we aim to introduce the participants to our business philosophy and to the principles of responsible banking which we follow in our daily work. During the six months of training we try to identify the participants who share our values and are ready for long-term development with us.

We believe in open and transparent communication. Therefore, the bank is organising a series of information meetings with the aim of giving detailed information about the programme, who we are looking for, and how potential participants can apply.
