În vederea îmbunătățirii calității serviciilor oferitte de către Bancă și a securității acestora, vor fi efectuate lucrări de mentenanță la bancomate, la data de 18 aprilie 2024.
 
Astfel, în perioada actualizării softului, unele bancomate amplasate în Zona de autodeservire 24/7 pe adresa: mun.Chişinău, bd. Renașterii Naționale, 12, temporar nu vor fi accesibile pentru deservirea clienților.

In order to improve the quality of the services provided by the Bank, at the ProCredit Bank branch in Balti, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant 20 St. maintenance works are planned for 28.03.2024 in the time interval 10:00 - 16:00, so ATM operations will not be possible.

В целях улучшения качества предоставляемых Банком услуг, в филиале ProCredit Bank в Бельцах, ул. Штефан чел Маре ши Сфынт 20, на 28.03.2024 запланированы профилактические работы в интервале времени 10:00 – 16:00, в связи с чем операции на банкоматах будут недоступны.

We would like to inform you that starting from May 27, 2024, at the initiative of the Bank, the accounts and related services of individuals who have not conducted any transactions for more than 180 days on their accounts, rendering them inactive, or of individuals who have not paid the Bank's fees for 2 consecutive months, will be closed.

Уважаемые клиенты,

Сообщаем Вам, что начиная с 27 мая 2024 года по инициативе Банка будут закрыты счета и связанные с ними сопутствующие услуги, по которым клиенты не оплачивали комиссион в течении 2 месяцев подряд и посредством которых не было осуществлено ни одной транзакций в течение 180 дней, и соответственно данные счета стали инактивными.
