Recently, we have noticed an increasing number of fraud attempts in which unknown individuals contact clients in the name of ProCredit Bank and try to obtain money or personal information through deceptive methods.
One of the most recent fraud scenarios involves calls made via Telegram, where fraudsters inform the client that a loan has supposedly been approved and request the payment of an advance fee for its “activation” or “disbursement”.
Please note that ProCredit Bank:
never requests money transfers or advance payments for granting a loan;
never asks for confidential data, PIN codes, passwords, SMS codes, or card details via phone, Telegram, or other messaging applications;
does not contact clients through unauthorized channels.

If you receive suspicious calls or messages requesting money or personal information:
do not make any transfers;
do not provide banking details;
end the conversation immediately;
contact the bank for verification.
