We inform you that starting from February 1, 2025, ProCredit Bank will no longer use TeamViewer for remote assistance.

 

Attention! Do not grant access to your device to third parties claiming to act on behalf of the bank. ProCredit Bank never requests access to your personal computer or phone via such programs.
