ProCredit Academies (ProCredit Academy in Fürth, Germany and Regional academies in Skopje, Macedonia and in Managua, Nicaragua) – are the training centers, established by ProCredit holding for the senior and middle management of the ProCredit group. The training is aimed to develop banking and analytical skills of participants, help them get a deeper understanding of shared ProCredit group processes and approaches, and improve their communication and managerial abilities.
Academies are located in quiet cosy places disposing to concentration necessary to complete training program. Since the participants come from different countries of ProCredit group a multicultural environment is created. This gives an opportunity to explore new countries, get acquainted with colleagues from other ProCredit banks, exchange experience with them, and gain new skills and knowledge.
