There have been registered attempts of physical fraud “Cash Trapping” on ATMs in Republic of Moldova.
Fraudsters are placing the false plate, with double-side sticky tape, above the cash dispenser’s tray. The plate interrupts the cash dispensing process and denies the access to cash for customer. The ATM registers the technical issue. But fraudster takes away the false plate and blocked cash after the customer leaves the ATM.
Please, don’t leave the ATM in case an unsuccessful cash withdrawal takes place. Please call to Contact Center of JSB ProCredit Bank using number 080000010 or contact the Bank Acquirer’s customer service using phone number indicated on the ATM.
