1. Accounting and reporting on the annual activity of the Bank, financial reports FINREP, guarantee fund, reports to the group and compliance.

2. Preventing and fight against money laundering and terrorism financing

3. Analysis of outsourcing bank activities

Requirements for participants:

1. An international audit company
2. A company, that has audit and consultancy license and is presented on the market at least 3 years
3. An audit company, which has the experience in projects connected with outsourced activites of the bank
4. Audit company, as well as the team apply best audit practices and standarts, which are confirmed by relevant certificates

Steps to be followed to participate:

1. Read the requirements of the Tender (Annex 2, Annex 3);
2. Present the Declaration (Annex 4), that confirms your eligibility to participate in the Tender;
