Starting from April 1, 2026, the new VISA updates allow 2 free lounge entries per year at airport lounges with the Visa Platinum card.
Important: Each entry includes access for the cardholder. Additional entries or accompanying guests can be paid for according to the tariffs displayed in the Visa Airport Companion application.
This change aims to maintain the premium standards of the services offered and to ensure an exclusive experience for our customers.

- use the Visa Airport Companion application to manage lounge visits
- make sure your card is active and access is properly configured in the application
