Activities of succursals and agencies

The list of activities allowed to be performed by ProCredit Bank Branches:

 
a) Collection of deposits and other repayable funds;
b) Granting of loans, including: consumer loans, loan agreements relating to immovable property, factoring with or without recourse, financing of commercial transactions (including lump-sums);
c) Financial leasing;
d) Provision of payment services in accordance with Law on Payment Services and Electronic Money, no. 114/2012;
e) Issuing and administration of traveller's cheques, bills of exchange and other payment instruments insofar as such activity is not covered by point (d);
f) Issuing guarantees and assuming commitments;
g) Dealing on own accounts or the accounts of its customers with any of the following: money market instruments (cheques, bills of exchange, certificates of deposit, etc.); foreign currency; futures contracts and options contracts on financial instruments; instruments based on the exchange rate and the interest rate; securities and other financial instruments;
h) Participation in the issues of securities and other financial instruments and the provision of services related to these issues;
i) Consultancy provided to legal persons regarding the share capital structure, business strategy and other aspects related to commercial business, as well as consultancy and services related to mergers and acquisitions of legal entities;
j) Monetary brokerage (intermediation on interbank markets);
k) Portfolio management and related consultancy services;
l) Custody and administration of financial instruments;
m) Credit information services;
n) Safety deposit boxes;
o) Issuing of electronic money in accordance with the Law on Payment Services and Electronic Money, no. 114/2012;
p) Providing bancassurance services.
 

The list of activities allowed to be performed by ProCredit Bank agencies:

 
1. Attracting deposits and other repayable funds, based on applicable agreements and/or held by the Branch; receipt and processing of documents and other data related to the opening/modification/closure of deposit account;
2. Providing receipts on the basis of contracts concluded and/or managed by the Branch;
3. Foreign exchange transactions in accordance with the provisions of Law no.62/2008 on Foreign Exchange Regulation;
4. Providing services related to credit transfer: receiving and processing payment documents, receiving funds in the event that clients do not have bank accounts, and transferring all data required to the branch or headquarters of the bank;
5. Management of direct debit operations: receiving and processing payment documents and transferring all data required to the branch or headquarters of the bank related to agreements concluded and/or managed by the branch;
6. Services for bank card holders, including the transactions carried out at the POS terminals installed at the agency: cash release, cash withdrawals, cash deposits to accounts, ensuring the possibility of making payments using cards, receipt and processing of documents and data needed to open card accounts, card issuing services, etc.;
7. Providing services related to remittances, based on agreements concluded and/or managed by the bank with remittance systems;
8. Providing the consulting services outlined in the license issued to the bank;
9. Receipt, processing and issuing of documents and information necessary for granting and monitoring loans, carrying out actions for the reimbursement (recovery) of loans and other receivables of the bank, as well as for performing other operations with clients;
10. Providing bancassurance services based on agreements concluded and/or managed by the branch.
