For the fourth year in a row, ProCredit Bank has been recognised as one of the 10 best companies to work for in the Republic of Moldova according to a study organised by the consultancy and training company AXA Management Consulting (http://top-employers.axa.md/). The goal of the study was to objectively identify the most efficient personnel policies currently being implemented by the country’s best employers.
For the survey, which included 35 companies from different areas of activity and industries, including ProCredit Bank, a group of employees filled in an anonymous questionnaire aimed at assessing their degree of satisfaction with the company’s working conditions, salary ladder, level of team spirit and professional development opportunities. The companies with the highest rankings each received a certificate distinguishing them as “The Best Employer of 2014”.
