Dear customers, We would like to inform you that ProCredit Bank does not exchange banknotes received from our ATMs into foreign currency, regardless of their denomination or year of issue. Please note that this decision has been made to ensure more efficient management of ProCredit Bank's ATMs and to focus our resources on the basic services provided to our customers.

Dear clients, We would like to inform you that starting from May 27, 2024, at the initiative of the Bank, the accounts and related services of individuals who have not conducted any transactions for more than 180 days on their accounts, rendering them inactive, or of individuals who have not paid the Bank's fees for 2 consecutive months, will be closed.
